2) SimpleMap Store Locator
SimpleMap is a powerful and easy-to-use international store locator plugin. It has an intuitive interface and is completely customizable. Its search features make it easy for your users to find your locations quickly.
3) WP Map Markers
Add new locations like posts with the Location custom post type. Display maps on your posts and pages with a simple shortcode. The map interface lists locations near you and allows you to search with autocomplete and filter by features. The features are terms from a custom Feature taxonomy. Add as many filters as you like.
4) Google Maps via Store Locator

7) Pronamic Google Map
With this plugin a user can easily add location (latitude, longitude) meta data to a page, post or a custom post type. This plugin adds a meta box with an Google Map to the post editor. Users can easily drag and drop a marker on the map to save location meta data for a post.
8) CP Google Maps
CP Google Maps allows to insert a Google Maps in a post or in any of the WordPress templates that display multiple posts.
The Google Maps inserted in a single post displays a marker at the position indicated by the geolocation information pertaining to the post, but also shows markers of the last posts published in related categories. The number of markers to display on the Google Maps can be set in the plugin’s settings.

Thanks for the info but would have been nice to have comparisions of features and pros and cons of each! I know this take effort but frustrating to go to post like this and realize it is just a glorified google search. If image and small description.
