I agree that a designers online portfolio is a vital aspect of getting the job. The selection here demonstrates a range off different skills and abilities in both design and development. I found the Ghosthorse site very visually appealing which the css elements added to even more. I find that simplicity can often be the most effective way of display tour work, rather than cluttering your website with loads of images/link. I felt this was done best with the smartgc and Rally Interactive sites. Finally my favourite from this collection is the tokiolab site. I have seen before and still love the scrolling features on the site as well as its over all design. Thanks for sharing this inspirational and creative collection.
